Who we are and what we do
Meet Tony and Kiki, the owners of YNOT Transport NYC.
We provide affordable reliable and safe transportation services from New York to Federal and State correctional facilities.
We started this business back in 2018 when Tony was incarcerated in Federal Prison.
We quickly learned the importance of visits to maintain family and social ties.
Visits are not just beneficial for incarcerated men and women, they are also crucial for families and children to help them to cope while their loved one is absent from the home.
We got to see first hand how hard it was for families to find reliable, safe and affordable transportation.
We started our service to fulfill that need and we are constantly looking for other ways to provide transportation to visit your incarcerated loved ones.
In 2022, we launched our rental car business, YNOT Rentals; which provides rental cars to visit your incarcerated loved ones.

Our Service Area & Pick up locations
We offer transportation service in the following Areas:
- Brooklyn
- Queens
- The Bronx
- Harlem (96 street and above)
- Lower Manhattan (Basic Service only)
- Staten Island (Basic Service only)
- Fort Lee, New Jersey (Basic Service only)
- Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle & Upstate New York (Basic Service only)

Types of Service
We currently offer 2 types of Transportation Services from New York: Premium and Basic
Premium Service- Door to Door Service in our Service Area - The Bronx, Harlem, Brooklyn or Queens. We DO NOT offer door to door service below 96 street in Manhattan. You will have to meet us a pick up location (Basic Service)
Basic Service- This is for customers traveling from outside of our Service area like below 96 Street in Manhattan, Staten Island, Yonkers, Mt. Vernon, New Rochelle or coming from out of town. We pick you up and drop you off at a convenient location close to you. For example, 125th Street, Fort Lee NJ or Certain Areas in Upstate NY.
After you book your reservation, text us and let us know you are coming from out of our Service Area and we will coordinate a pickup location for you.
