IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A FULL ADDRESS INCLUDING HOUSE NUMBER, STREET, CITY STATE AND ZIP CODE YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!
Due to the Correction Officer strike and changes at the facilities, we have implemented a new booking policy in an effort to serve you better.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Once you have booked your reservation, you will a confirmation email. This confirmation is to confirm that we received your payment and your slot is reserved.
It is not confirmation of the trip.
WE HAVE A STRICT 6 PERSON MINIMUM TO MAKE A TRIP. If we don't have at least 6 passengers reserved, we cannot make the trip.
We will reach out to you on the Thursday before you trip at 9:30 pm to let you know if we have enough passengers.
If we do, you will receive your pickup time as well.
If we don't have enough passengers, you will receive a cancellation email and text along with your refund.
If a trip is confirmed and we are set to go, and you would like to make a last minute reservation (anytime after Thursday 9pm is a last minute reservation), you will not be eligible for door to door service and you will have to meet us at the pick up location.
HOWEVER DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THURSDAY AFTER 9 PM TO BOOK A RESERVATION! Booking before Thursday will increase the chance that we will have enough passengers to make the trip, also if you book that late, there is a chance that we may not get your message and won't be able to respond to it.
Our pick up times are a little confusing so please read carefully.
You will receive an Initial Pick Up Time, an Estimated Pick Up Time, and an Actual Pick Up Time.
Initial Pick Up Time - When you book your reservation you will receive that confirmation email that will say your pick up time is 5am, HOWEVER THAT EMAIL IS ONLY CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PAYMENT. PLEASE DISREGARD THE PICK UP TIME IN THAT EMAIL.
Once the trip is confirmed, you will receive your Estimated Pick up time via text.
Estimated Pick Up Time - The day before your trip, you will receive a text message between 7 pm and 9pm with your Estimated Pick Up Time, which is the time we plan on picking you up at your location. That text message will also include your pick up location. We asked that you text back "confirm" when you get this text message so that we know you received it. If you do not receive a text message by 9pm the day before your trip, please text us and let us know.
Actual pick up time - On the morning of the trip, if anything changes with your pick up time (ie: traffic, late passenger at the pick up before you) we will text you and let you know your updated pick up time.
We will text you when we arrive at your pick up location, and we wait exactly 10 minutes for you. If you do not respond or show up in the 10 minutes then we leave and move on to pick up the next passenger.
IF YOU ARE LATE OR A NO SHOW TO YOUR PICK UP LOCATION YOU WILL NOT BE OFFERED A REFUND!
Seats fill up quickly! Please remember to book a seat for each person traveling with you, or you can book a seats for multiple trip dates and locations by just adding them to the cart and then checking out. Our child prices are for children 8 and under. Please select child seat when booking for a child 8 years or younger.
PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING (NO EXCEPTIONS). This benefits you as the passenger, and us as the transportation provider. This locks in your booking for your trip and guarantees your travel for that day. This also helps to eliminate no shows and our drivers being dispatched to locations where no one shows up.
We accept payments via credit or debit cards, PayPal and Cash App. To use Cash App, simply put in your Cash App Card numbers at check out. You do not need a paypal account to purchase your seats, you can check out as a guest.
If you do not see your facility available on the day you would like to travel, then we are either fully booked for that day or we are not traveling to that facility on that day. We post a schedule each month with the dates we travel to each facility. Please refer to the schedule page to see the full monthly schedule.
We may also be able to arrange a private trip at a private trip rate or book one of our rental cars for any location or date that is not on our schedule.
A private trip at a private trip rate can be arranged for any location or date that is not on our schedule, please contact us and let us know if you would like a private trip and we will send you a quote.
We have rental cars available if you would like to travel to a facility that we do not service, or for a date that we are not providing service or for any errands or outings. Please contact us and let us know if you would like to reserve a rental car and we will send you a quote. We have weekday and weekend specials available.
We also provide transportation for all group outings ie: shopping trips to outlets, amusement parks, family gatherings,casinos, hotels and airports. Please contact us and let us know if you would like to reserve transportation for a group outing and we will send you a quote.

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION ONLY!
If you get denied entrance to the facility for any reason we do not provide a refund. You are required to acknowledge that you are aware of the Cancellation policy when you complete your booking.
NO REFUNDS NO CANCELLATIONS IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR FULL LOCATION DETAILS UPON BOOKING, IF YOU CANCEL, OR DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES AFTER WE REACH OUT TO YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR PICK UP TIME & LOCATION OR IF YOU ARE LATE OR A NO SHOW TO YOUR PICK UP LOCATION YOU WILL NOT BE OFFERED A REFUND!
We reserve the right to cancel any trip. If we cancel a trip all payments will be refunded, or can be applied to another trip.
