Bookings, Payments & FAQs

Please see below for FAQs.  We suggest you read them all, then scroll to the bottom to book reservations to:

How do I book a reservation?

Please read all information on the page then head over the book reservations page to book your reservation


For Greene and Coxsackie Correctional Facilities- We need at least 6 passengers to make the trip.  DO NOT BOOK a reservation unless you confirm it with us via text message first.  If you do your payment will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund!


For Eastern and Sullivan Correctional Facilities- We need at least 4 passengers to make the trip.  For this trip, please book and pay for your reservation to ensure we have a proper head count.  If we do not have enough passengers to make the trip, we will notify you the day prior to your trip at 4pm and send a full refund.


Fill out the booking form with your correct information (we need this to send your confirmation texts and emails to).


For Premium Service (door to door) please provide your address.


For Basic & Standard Service please provide your location for pick up.


For out of town passengers please provide where you are traveling from and we will contact you to coordinate a pick up.


IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A FULL ADDRESS INCLUDING HOUSE NUMBER, STREET, CITY STATE AND ZIP CODE YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!

What time will you pick me up?

Our pick up times are a little confusing so please read carefully. 


You will receive an Initial Pick Up Time, an Estimated Pick Up Time, and an Actual Pick Up Time.


Initial Pick Up Time - When you book your reservation you will receive a confirmation text & email that will say your pick up time is 5am, HOWEVER THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE YOUR PICK UP TIME.


Estimated Pick Up Time - The day before your trip, you will receive a text message with your Estimated Pick Up Time, which is the time we plan on picking you up at your location.  That text message will also include your pick up location.  We asked that you text back "confirm" when you get this text message so that we know you received it.


Actual pick up time - On the morning of the trip, if anything changes with your pick up time (ie: traffic,  late passenger at the pick up before you) we will text you and let you know your updated pick up time.


We will text you when we arrive at your pick up location, and we wait exactly 10 minutes for you.  If you do not respond or show up in the 10 minutes then we leave and move on to pick up the next passenger.  IF YOU ARE LATE OR A NO SHOW TO YOUR PICK UP LOCATION YOU WILL NOT BE OFFERED A REFUND! 

How long is the trip?

On each trip available for booking, the trip duration is listed.  The trip duration is an estimate and it is calculated from the time we pick you up to the time we drop you off.  The visit time at the facility is included in the trip duration.

How do I book multiple seats or a seat for a child?

Seats fill up quickly! Please remember to book a seat for each person traveling with you,  or you can book a seats for multiple trip dates and locations by just adding them to the cart and then  checking out.  Our child prices are for children up to 12 years old.  Contact us via text message at 347-966-4774 if you would like to book a reservation for a child 12 years and younger.

How do I pay for my reservations?

Payment in full is due at time of booking.  This benefits you as the passenger, and us as the transportation provider.  This locks in your booking for your trip and guarantees your travel for that day.  This also helps to eliminate no shows and our drivers being dispatched to locations where no one shows up.  



We accept payments via credit or debit cards, PayPal and Cash App.  To use Cash App, simply put in your Cash App Card numbers at check out.

  

What if my facility is not available for booking on the day I would like to travel?

If you do not see your facility available on the day you would like to travel, then we are either fully booked for that day or we are not traveling to that facility on that day.  We post a schedule each month with the dates we travel to each facility.  Please refer to the schedule page to see the full monthly schedule.  We may also be able to arrange a private  trip, please text us and let us know if you would like to discuss that option.

Do your vehicles have Wifi?

All of our vehicles equipped with free Wifi on board!  Just ask your driver for the WiFi network and password information.  They will help you to connect to The YNOT WiFi Network.

Cancellation Policy- PLEASE READ!

Payment is due in full at time of booking.


WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION ONLY!


 If you get denied entrance to the facility for any reason including a positive COVID-19 test result you will not receive a refund.  You are required to acknowledge that you are aware of the COVID-19 policy when you complete your booking.  


NO REFUNDS NO CANCELLATIONS- IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR FULL LOCATION DETAILS UPON BOOKING, IF YOU CANCEL, OR DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES AFTER WE REACH OUT TO YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR PICK UP TIME & LOCATION OR IF YOU ARE LATE OR A NO SHOW TO YOUR PICK UP LOCATION YOU WILL NOT BE OFFERED A REFUND!


We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to severe weather or if the facility is locked down prior to trip.  If either is the case, all deposits will be returned, or can be applied to another trip.

COVID-19 Policy- PLEASE READ!

The NYS Correctional Facilities are handing out self test kits at the facilities.  You will be required to test yourself prior to entry and show your results to the officers.  If you test positive you will not be allowed to enter the facility.  You are not allowed to bring your own test.

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION ONLY!

You will also be required to wear a face mask during the entire ride over your nose and mouth.


If you do not have a face mask, we will provide you with one free of charge.


All of our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each trip.
